My son was arrested for something he claimed he had not done. I had no problem with him receiving a just sentence if... he had in fact committed the wrong doing. Jay is beyond an excellent lawyer. I had never been in trouble all my life until recently. I found myself in an... extremely bad situation. I was arrested and I was facing jail time. I was very scared and felt like all odds were against me. I consulted with other lawyers prior to consulting with Jay and the other lawyers were just focused on their fees. Jay gave me a sense of reassurance that he will do everything to help me. He looked at me as a person, as a mother, as a professional and not a criminal not like the other lawyers. An excellent lawyer that you could ever have. He filed my case with every detail on it to solve the case, carefully... plan my court date and always call me a week early to remind me about the case. Jay Weinberg is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with. He was very detailed and thorough in gathering all... the information to represent me. He is compassionate and understanding of difficult situation and was completely honest with the possible "best and worse" outcomes of my case.
