In the event you or a loved one becomes unable to perform certain functions, for any number of reasons, including extended travel, hospitalization or more serious personal injury, a durable power of attorney will allow your designated person the legal right to access bank accounts, pay debts, sign legal documents and make decisions on your behalf. Our rates are very reasonable for this service, at $75 per individual or married couple. This gives us an opportunity to meet you, in our office or by e-mail, while providing you a valuable legal service at a very affordable rate.

It is important they have a trusted family member or friend designated to attend to their financial and personal needs in the event they are called to duty or injured.
